This Adulting program will take place weekly on Tuesdays in partnership with New Choices Prevention. If you are interested in participating - sign up and if the class fills up we will automatically schedule you for the next session. Classes are in person, with the option if you are unable to attend on week - to join online. This 6 week program consists of anger management and life-skills development. This program is designed to provide participants with core concepts of:

• Managing emotions effectively

• Developing self control

• Relaxation

• Mindfulness
